Role Description
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), the Regional Account Manager (RAM) is responsible to develop long‑term relationships with a portfolio of customers, connecting with key decision makers and stakeholders. Liaise between customers and cross‑functional internal teams to successfully deliver Kal Tire product and service solutions according to customer requirements. Manage and develop customer accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with customers. The Account Manager will provide expert guidance to their assigned customers, act as a strategic partner and advisor on all Kal Tire offerings, and ensure a positive customer experience through contract negotiations, market understanding and new business opportunities. The role is pivotal in fostering mutually beneficial relationships with customers, aligning to the Kal Tire Aims.
