## Description The Demand Planner plays a key role in shaping the forecast signal under the in-house statistical forecasting model, enabling a more accurate, stable, and “touchless” demand plan across the Americas. This position is responsible for validating and enriching the statistical baseline, ensuring data quality, and aligning commercial/brand insights with the IBP process to deliver an integrated, consumer-centric forecast. The role partners closely with the Center of Excellence (CoE), Commercial Teams, Brand Teams, Finance, and IBP Leads to improve forecast accuracy (WFA), attainment, FVA plan stability, and bias control, while leveraging o9 capabilities.
