Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the online product experience to ensure optimal availability, visibility, and conversion of the IKEA online range.
- Analyze online shopping behavior to enhance the customer journey and improve the digital buying process based on trends and feedback.
- Contribute to optimizing the range offer in collaboration with Sales Leaders and ensure correct fulfillment and forecasting at the product level.
- Administrate changes to the range across all digital channels and ensure that the agreed range is visible and buyable according to business rules.
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to develop product descriptions and content that support SEO and SEM, and contribute to marketing campaigns with recommendations for engaging content.
