About the Role
WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is looking for a Regional Director to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. Reporting to the Vice President – Operations.
As Regional Director, you will oversee all clinics within your region, ensuring they operate in line with corporate objectives, maintain high-quality standards, and deliver superior patient and physician services.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all clinics in the region operate in accordance with corporate objectives, policies, programs, and service standards.
- Deliver consistent, high‑quality service to meet or exceed patient and physician expectations.
- Monitor business analytics and accountability reports for all clinics and take appropriate action to drive results.
- Plan and organize clinic operations, including facility and equipment maintenance, repairs, and procurement of equipment, service contracts, and critical supplies.
