Responsibilities
- Perform general routine and preventive maintenance of buildings, apartment units, and grounds.
- Respond to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns.
- Perform minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks to support residents.
- Provide excellent customer service and prompt response to resident issues and service requests.
- Perform general and specialized maintenance and repairs to site properties and surrounding properties under the direction of leadership.
- Complete assigned service requests for in‑suite (interior and exterior) and common area issues in a timely manner.
