Based in Calgary, you will lead medical quality across Western Canada practices, partnering closely with national leadership to elevate care and support the organization’s ambition to become Canada’s leading provider of high‑quality veterinary care.
Your Impact
- Champion high standard of care: educate and influence veterinary teams to embrace current medical thinking and deliver outstanding patient care.
- Build strong relationships: collaborate with regional operations managers, practice managers, and veterinary teams to foster continuity, teamwork, and excellence.
- Coach and mentor: spend time in each clinic, observing, coaching, and mentoring veterinarians individually and in groups.
