Regional Sales Manager
Position Objective
Responsible for achieving sales targets in the assigned dealer network, ensuring strong commercial execution, optimal inventory levels, and consistent application of Geely's commercial strategies across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate commercial strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets established by Geely. Provide daily support to assigned dealerships, ensuring alignment between dealer operations and Geely's commercial objectives. Follow up on sales performance, wholesale and retail activities, and commercial KPIs on a daily basis. Ensure optimal inventory levels at dealerships, including volume, model mix, and availability of key products. Analyze market conditions, competitors, pricing trends, and customer behavior to propose effective regional strategies.
