Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve and exceed sales targets for genomics products such as Oligo, Sanger and Next generation Sequencing in the North & Northeast region
2. Develop and execute efficient, creative sales and marketing strategies tailored to the assigned territory and customer segments
3. Build and manage high-performing distribution networks to optimize market penetration and sales efficiency
4. Conduct field visits to prospective and existing customers within the assigned sales area to present company offerings, demonstrate product value, and strengthen brand awareness (approximately 80% travel monthly)
5. Utilize multi-channel communication strategies including outbound calls, email campaigns, and face-to-face meetings to identify opportunities and close sales
