Regional Training Manager (North / South)
Reports to: Head of Learning & Development – Children’s Services
Location: Home-based (with regular regional travel and occasional national meetings)
Salary: £45,000 per annum

Purpose of the Role
The Regional Training Manager (RTM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality, consistent, and compliant learning delivery across CareTech Children’s Services.
They provide regional leadership, quality assurance, and professional support to a team of Learning & Development (L&D) Partners, ensuring that all training activity meets regulatory, organisational, and sector-best-practice standards.
