Job Description• Support the operational leadership of a well established domiciliary care service• Ensure the service continues to meet and exceed CQC standards
• Lead, support, and develop a team of care professionals and office staff, ensuring strong operational performance and service quality.
• Oversee care planning, service reviews, and quality assurance processes
• Manage safeguarding, complaints, and investigations where required
• Work closely with the Director and senior leadership team on service development
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionalsQualifications• Are currently a Registered Manager, Care Manager, or Deputy Manager in domiciliary care
• Holds a full UK driving license and has access to a vehicle
• Have strong knowledge of CQC compliance and inspection standards
