You will be responsible for managing residents’ dietary needs and enhancing the overall dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and monitor nutritional risks for all Residents
• Complete RAI assessments on schedule
• Develop personalized nutrition care plans
• Accompany Residents and families in dietary interventions
• Conduct swallowing assessments as required
