+ Efficiently documents restraint and seclusions
+ Completes 15-minute safety checks
+ Facilitates a nursing group
+ Utilizes de-escalation and therapeutic communication
+ Creates a positive and stigma free environment that maintains the dignity, privacy and respect of patients
+ Coordinate and lead group activities as scheduled/needed
