Become a vital part of Tendercare Living Centre’s team as a part-time Registered Nurse in Scarborough, Ontario. Provide essential care and manage nursing practices for residents throughout their stay.
In this role, you will enhance the quality of nursing care while reporting to the Director of Care. Responsibilities include assessing residents, creating care plans, and ensuring high standards of nursing as per province regulations. Your leadership skills will be crucial in overseeing nursing staff and ensuring optimal care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with established nursing standards and policies
• Assist in resident assessments and care plan development
• Direct and evaluate staff performance within your unit
• Facilitate preparation for RAI MDS assessments
