Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and mentor newly graduated nurses
• Uphold and promote quality patient care standards
• Collaborate with the perioperative team effectively

Requirements:
• Active Registered Nurse registration with BCCNM
• Three years of perioperative acute care experience
