Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating and providing care to patients on the Acute unit which includes assessment, treatment, development of a plan of care and discharge planning
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as an RN and licensed in the State of Vermont.
Experience : Clinical experience in Med-Surg preferred, but willing to train
