Job Overview
Reporting to the Director of Health and Wellness (DHW) / Director of Care (DOC), the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct resident care, medication administration, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and Revera Resident Health and Wellness standards and policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete and ensure residents’ care assessments, service plans, and documentation are up to date and communicate changes to DHW/DOC for billing.
- Assist with scheduling of residents’ care conferences and participate in the conferences.
- Work closely with DHW/DOC to facilitate residents’ move‑in and transfers.
- Order and safeguard drugs and narcotics and administer them in compliance with all regulatory requirements and Revera policies and procedures.
