POSITION PURPOSE
Registered Nurse, Nurse Coordinator for Michigan Heart's Triage department.
This position is a Full-Time, scheduled 40 hours per week on the day shift. (6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.) No Weekends, Holidays, Nights or On-Call.
Position is full-onsite at Trinity Health Ann Arbor with occasional travel to other SEMI locations.
Leading a team of 20 nurses and medical secretaries the Nurse Coordinator assumes delegated accountability from the Nurse Manager for operations, scheduling and staffing for a specified period. The Nurse Coordinator demonstrates proficiency in working with complex patients according to the unit's scope of practice and serves as a unit resource and leader.
