Reporting to the Director of Care, you will engage with residents requiring complex nursing interventions while also supporting the care of stable individuals. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care to residents of varying needs
• Conduct ongoing health assessments with care plan adjustments
• Delegate responsibilities appropriately to unregulated staff
• Facilitate urgent communications with families when necessary
• Support fellow nursing staff in delivering excellent care
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse credentials in Alberta required
