As a Registered Nurse at ParaMed, you will uphold nursing standards while evaluating patient care. Your expertise in wound care is essential for developing, implementing, and assessing care plans. You will also manage and supervise nursing staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and physician orders
• Assist in assessment and monitoring of resident care
• Manage and evaluate nursing staff performance and orientation
• Conduct performance appraisals and handle evaluation issues
• Provide departmental direction in the Director of Care’s absence
Requirements:
• Current certificate from approved regulatory body
• Registered or eligible for registration in the province
