We are hiring a Registered Physiotherapist with ADP authorizer expertise for Long Term Care clients in Ontario. Focus on enhancing resident mobility and overall health through targeted treatment plans.
In this role, you will create individualized treatment plans for residents, ensuring they achieve optimal health outcomes. The position includes performing ADP assessments and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to implement care. You will also oversee Physiotherapy Assistants while educating residents and families about their physical and emotional health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ADP assessments/reassessments for residents
• Administer clinical physiotherapy treatments as needed
• Educate residents and families about health care
• Document treatments and maintain progress reports
