Registered Practical Nurse, Full Time, Nursing Resource Pool Rehab

Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) – Providence Care Hospital. As a member of an inter‑professional team and working under full scope of practice, the RPN delivers safe, effective, patient‑centred care to assigned patients in a non‑acute setting as outlined by hospital policies and procedures and the Standards of Nursing Practice of the College of Nurses of Ontario. The RPN assists patients and their caregivers to manage clinical conditions and transitions and enhances quality of life by meeting their physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs.

Wage: $38.47 - $39.81 (full time). Posted until filled. Union: OPSEU 4104 Service Clerical.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license to practice with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current CPR certificate
• College certificate required, diploma preferred
• Medication Certificate dated after 1985 meeting Ontario College of Nurses requirements if graduated before 1985
