Job Description
Overview
Registered Practical Nurse, Reactivation Care Centre Unit 2 & 3. Your goal in this position is to provide excellent patient and family driven care, in a supportive and culturally sensitive manner. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of care providers, with emphasis on the assessment, education, prevention, maintenance and restoration of patient health. You will share responsibility for ensuring that health and safety policies are followed to provide a healthy environment for patients, staff, physicians, volunteers and families.
