As a pivotal member of our healthcare team, you will report to the Director of Care and oversee the implementation of personalized care for residents. Your role will involve supervising staff, coordinating care efforts, and ensuring communication between families and the healthcare team. You will also be responsible for performance evaluations and maintaining care standards.

• Direct the modification of care plans for residents
• Supervise unit activities and manage PSWs
• Monitor resident health and progress, documenting appropriately
