Job Description
OVERVIEW
Responsible for performing and processing pulmonary function tests. Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
EDUCATION
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in the field of pulmonary technology or commitment to obtain such registration within 12 months from the start date.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 months full‑time experience in a pulmonary function lab with independent performing and processing of pulmonary function tests in hospital settings.
- Ability to work independently in partnership with Respirologists and other care team members.
- Team‑work focused with ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated organizational ability.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
