Lead the Registration and Licensing team at Sun Life, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting associates in their day-to-day tasks. This managerial role focuses on maintaining high-quality registration processes and fostering relationships with regulators.
As the Manager of Registration and Licensing, you'll directly report to the Director, leading a team dedicated to regulatory adherence and policy development. You will apply your extensive experience in registrations or compliance, guiding associates through complex licensing issues, while also collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders to enhance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily performance of Registration and Licensing Associates
• Support compliance with securities and insurance regulations
• Allocate staffing based on objectives and regulatory needs
• Provide advice on complex registration issues
• Maintain communication within the team and across Sun Life
