Role Responsibilities This role will be responsible for leading regulatory compliance, statutory coordination, and authority engagement for offshore substations in German waters, ensuring full alignment with BSH regulations, offshore grid requirements, and applicable standards throughout the entire project lifecycle from concept to commissioning. Lead and coordinate compliance activities for offshore HVAC/HVDC substations located within German waters in accordance with BSH requirements, German offshore regulations, and applicable statutory frameworks. Serve as the primary focal point for all BSH-related matters during Concept Select, FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation, offshore installation, commissioning, and project handover phases.
