Coordinate end-to-end releases across 6 various teams and two core workstreamsManage progression from dev → QA → UAT → productionEnsure environment readiness, test data availability, and smooth UAT cyclesDrive release governance, checklists, gating criteria, and best practicesConsolidate risks, issues, and status into one clear narrative for the businessRecommend scope adjustments and escalate go/no-go decisions when neededAct as the single point of contact for release progress and updatesWhat You Bring
