We’re excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as a Manager of Reliability. This role is responsible for leading plant reliability engineering, preventative maintenance, and associated capital project activities to ensure reliable manufacturing operations. Daily responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Propose, justify, design, procure, construct, commission, and support training for Preventive Maintenance and engineering projects across the plant Provide overall leadership, training, and supervision to maintenance personnel and external contractors Manage the plant reliability engineering team ensure safe operation, cost effectiveness, and continuous improvement Develop and implement maintenance routines, procedures, and downtime elimination strategies Plan, budget, schedule, and coordinate capital and engineering projects Provide manufacturing engineering support to production operations Support and maintain compliance with environmental, health, safety, a...
