Qualifications
- Completion of formal religious training in Sikh theology or equivalent structured training under a recognized religious authority
- Several years of experience (typically 2 or more years) as a Granthi or Sikh religious leader
- In-depth knowledge of Sikh scriptures, including the Guru Granth Sahib Ji
- Proven ability to perform Kirtan and deliver religious teachings (Katha)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
