THE ROLE:
We are seeking an Associate Lawyer with experience in Litigation to join our team. The role is completely remote . The ideal candidate would be a solicigator with practical experience with both business law and commercial litigation and procedure as well as a track record of successfully managing files from inception through resolution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently handle files involving litigation or settlements
- Represent clients in litigation matters, specifically breach of contract disputes, business partner disputes, construction disputes, estate variation claims, and real estate disputes.
