1) Manage the full life-cycle and successful delivery of the CIP through the establishment of program controls to include schedule, estimate validation, contract administration and performance metrics to ensure timely and on-budget completion of program elements.
2) Risk management to ensure the CIP is delivered within the terms of the established program controls and the quality expectations of the Authority.
