Job Description
**Responsibilities**
- Client Intake & Documentation Collection
- Form Preparation & Filing
- Communication with Clients
- Liaison with Government Agencies (USCIS)
- Review & Maintain Case Files
- Legal Research & Assistance
- Prepare for AOS Interview & Hearing
- Handle RFEs (Requests for Evidence)
- Prepare for AOS Denial & Appeals (If Applicable)
- Work with Other Legal Professionals
- Post-Filing Support (EAD, Advance Parole)
- Case Closure
**Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of Immigration Law experience.
- Knowledge of provididing necessary documents, such as Form I-485
- Experience with Case Management Software
