Responsibilities
- Support the AM Mandate Reporting Team in daily operations and ongoing project work
- Perform data quality checks, data validations, corrections and follow-ups during production cycles
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity and availability within reporting processes
- Collaborate with internal service teams to clarify issues and implement fixes
- Handle ad‑hoc requests, mailbox support and operational reporting inquiries
- Support mandate onboarding and RFP‑related processes
- Clarify reporting requirements with Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers
- Draft, review and adjust reports and reporting‑related documentation
- Manage and track Jira tickets, tasks and open issues
