Overview of the Role
The Representative, Deductions & Collections will be responsible for managing one or more retail accounts at the regional and national level. In addition, the representative will support and assist the Team Leader in the day-to-day operations of the department. He/she will be responsible for collections, completing claims and reconciling customer deductions within established deadlines.
How you will make contributions that matter:
- Assist the Team Leader with all departmental deduction and collection reconciliation processes
- Provide support to the accounts receivable team as needed
- Responsible for an assigned portfolio of accounts receivable and all day‑to‑day responsibilities to perform necessary follow‑ups on customer claims, invoices, and deductions
