Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for camera modules in resource-constrained environments. Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure optimal firmware-hardware co-design and integration. Implement and optimize image signal processing (ISP) pipelines, auto-focus, auto-exposure, and auto-white balance algorithms in firmware. Debug and resolve complex firmware issues using advanced tools such as logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and JTAG debuggers. Develop and maintain device drivers for camera sensors, lenses, and related peripherals. Ensure firmware compliance with industry standards and safety regulations (e.g., ISO 26262 for automotive, IEC 61508). Optimize firmware for performance, power consumption, and real-time responsiveness. Participate in full development lifecycle activities including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
