Key Responsibilities Define and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with long-term business objectives. Lead all core finance functions including financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, audit, controls and reporting. Partner with the CEO and board on strategic planning, investment decisions, capital allocation and risk management. Drive financial discipline across engineering and trading operations, including project costing, cash flow forecasting, margin protection and working capital management. Oversee budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, delivering clear insight to support executive decisions. Ensure full compliance with UAE regulatory, tax (including VAT and corporate tax) and statutory reporting requirements.
