Job Description
Lead and oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local regulations and company policies. Manage the Accounting, Credit Control, and Fixed Assets teams, ensuring high performance and accountability. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for executive leadership. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business growth and profitability. Partner with commercial and operational teams to monitor financial performance and optimize costs. Oversee accounts receivable, credit control, and cash flow management to ensure healthy working capital levels. Requirements 1215 years of progressive finance experience. Mandatory background in multinational FMCG / Food Manufacturing companies. Strong expertise in Accounting & Commercial Finance. Advanced experience with Oracle ERP systems.
