Job Description
Develop and execute integrated performance marketing strategies to drive measurable customer acquisition, retention, and conversion across digital channels. Manage end-to-end performance campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic networks with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV. Leverage advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tableau) to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance in real time. Lead the creation and management of high-impact digital creatives and landing pages aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
