Job Description
Manage and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based systems. Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime. Provide technical support to engineering teams, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly. Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. Ensure data security and compliance by implementing firewalls, encryption, access controls, and backup solutions. Collaborate with vendors and service providers for procurement, installation, and support of IT equipment and services. Document IT processes, configurations, and incident resolutions to maintain knowledge base and ensure continuity.
