Cancer Care Alberta is responsible for cancer treatment for the province of Alberta and also conducts innovative cancer research. The Department of Cancer Epidemiology and Prevention Research (CEPR) within Cancer Care Alberta has a position open for a casual Epidemiology Research Associate based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Our team of Research Scientists is engaged in cutting-edge, population-based, epidemiologic cancer research that is examining the distribution and trends of cancer in populations, the underlying causes of cancer, interventions to reduce the risk of cancer and improve outcomes after diagnosis, and methods for improving epidemiologic studies. Our Research Scientists are nationally and internationally recognized for their research contributions in cancer epidemiology and biostatistics.
