Research Fellow (Composite Geotechnical Support Elements)

What you'll do

Reporting to the Associate Professor (Geotechnical Engineering), you will conduct research to explore next generation composite geotechnical engineering support elements with robust strength properties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing a cohesive research profile under the guidance of a mentor or supervisor, focusing on advancing your expertise in geotechnical engineering.
• Conducting a comprehensive literature review, executing systematic experimental studies, performing data analysis, and preparing detailed reports for our industry partner.
• Compiling progress reports, participating in industry meetings pertinent to the research project, and effectively communicating and disseminating research outcomes.
• Establishing and building collaborative research partnerships with a variety of partners.
