Research Scientist in Mathematical and Physics Based Modeling of Generative AI
Job Description
Your role
- Support further developing and expanding the SEDAN team, its research, and role in shaping interdisciplinary research, in modeling of Generative AI
- Shape and supervise research direction at the intersection of AI and Mathematics, including Physics based paradigms
- Lead and contribute to the development and management of national and international projects in SEDAN, including proposal preparation, reporting, and coordination with external partners
- Foster collaborations across disciplines – in particular between Fintech and AI with private and public stakeholders in Luxembourg and abroad
- Contribute to teaching activities at the Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD levels in topics such as AI and machine learning
- Provide daily and content supervision of PhD candidates and support doctoral and postdoctoral training; e.g., research seminars, reading groups, workshops, and conferences
