About the Role
Reporting to the Reservations Manager, the Reservations Coordinator serves the needs of G Adventures customers – internal and external. Duties include completing day‑to‑day reservations throughout the Latin America region, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
What you’ll be doing
- Accurately complete reservations as requested by the Sales team and as designed by the Product team (including respect of Block Sheet).
- Ensure all required validations are complete and that systems and tools (e.g., Block Sheet, Validations) are accurate; report any issues to the Reservations Manager.
- Maintain open communication with the supply chain and provide training on processes when needed.
- Support the Global Sales teams by handling and communicating last‑minute booking requests and changes efficiently.
