Qualifications
- A thorough knowledge and proven hands‑on experience in airline ticket booking is a mandatory requirement for this position.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary.
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in corporate travel and accommodation bookings, including airline ticket reservations, hotel bookings, visa arrangements, airport transfers, transportation, and travel itinerary management.
- Proven ability to coordinate domestic and international business travel for senior executives.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong ability to manage executive calendars, correspondence, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain strict confidentiality.
