We are currently seeking a Residence Concierge to join the front of house team at our prestigious residential property in Dubai. This role is for sister concern of Palazzo Versace Dubai, upholding the same standards of luxury, service, and excellence.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist residents and guests with inquiries, service requests, and local area information.
Maintain a professional, organized, and presentable front desk at all times.
Monitor visitor access and enforce building security protocols.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages; coordinate with delivery services.
