Job Summary
The Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) serves as a point of contact for residents and employees in the healthcare and culinary departments.
This role ensures resident services function smoothly by leading by example, modeling care expectations, and providing support.
The RSC acts as an advocate for the community’s vision and values.

Healthcare
Obtain vital signs and notify the supervising nurse of deviations per the Individualized Service Plan (ISP)
Follow residents’ ISP and daily task sheets
