An established and progressive law firm in Walsall is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and expanding Conveyancing team. The Role:
- Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
- Handle 20–25 new files per month , including standard sales and purchases.
- Take on more complex files as experience develops.
- Work within a small, close-knit team of conveyancers, with dedicated support staff shared between fee-earners.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of conveyancing experience , handling your own files.
