Take the lead as a Site Manager with Prokey Living, a division of Westbow Group, managing residential sites in Saskatchewan. This role focuses on tenant engagement and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for overseeing residential operations, reporting to the Regional Manager, and leading a small team, including an Assistant Site Manager and Maintenance Technician. This position emphasizes building tenant relationships, reducing vacancies, and coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain property standards. Ideal candidates will be organized, independent, and adept at managing complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily residential site management activities
• Build trustful relationships with tenants and support teams
• Reduce vacancies through proactive leasing support
• Coordinate property improvements and vendor services
• Maintain accurate tenant and property records
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years in residential management
