Position Summary We are seeking experienced Residential Care Workers / Youth Workers to support young children in a structured residential setting on the Sunshine Coast. This role requires a high level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage complex behaviours while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
