Description
Lead and champion a healthy and safe work environment by ensuring all safety standards and procedures are followed.
Conduct daily and scheduled review meetings (pre-job, mid-job, post-job).
Ensure compliance through proper truck inspections and documentation.
Conduct pre-job meetings to review scope of work and identify safety opportunities.
Perform post-job review meetings and final inspections.
Conduct in-person inspections to ensure JHA controls are used and updated.
Lead and participate in regular safety meetings.
Recruit, mentor, and develop staff, providing regular performance feedback.
Ability to spend time in the field to ensure work scope is followed and address technical issues promptly.
Manage the repair process, including tooling, warranty, and inspection findings.
